I originally started this WordPress site as a blog. Which I never actually wrote on (shocking). But when even your dad has a blog (https://edgoode.com – he is pretty funny, even if you have no interest in a Jersey Guy turned Georgian in Phase 2 of his life) you figure you gotta get on the cool kid bandwagon.

I have been telling myself for a year (or two…) that I am going to “get serious” about this selling thing.  Reselling vintage and modern clothing and other random cool stuff has been a learning curve, but I know that I have come a long way from selling cheap Pyrex on Instagram .

However, I absolutely still have far to go!  One of the things I struggle with pretty much daily has been the motivation and belief in myself.  I definitely have that defiant “I kick ass!!” belief that some of you may be familiar with.  The kind that “knows” you can do anything – but that belief has not quite seeped far enough into the concrete of my very thick subconscious to be fully truthful.  It has, however, become one of the things I work on every (almost) day.

So I will probably write about some of that here.  What started off as an intention to write about cats and tattoos (like, seriously, 4 years ago?) will likely end up being about reselling, cats, depression, motivation, manifestation, cats, weird hair color, vintage lingerie, cats, coffee, and probably some self-deprecating humor.  I hope that this can serve as inspiration for people, and I don’t honestly know where the bulk of my focus will be. Likely on vintage clothing and/or selling.  Whether you read this because you are my dad, or because you know me and are curious about just how weird I am, or because you stumbled across me blindly and follow for the reminder that there is at least ONE person who has it less together than you do – I am grateful for the follows, and look forward to the trip.

PS – I have no idea how often I will update this.  And when I do, it will most likely be very unplanned and rambling.  I get very grandiose in the moment, but it may or may not always translate to action.  My therapist and I are working on that.

Vintage Pussycat Shop

I love buying and selling vintage and vintage-inspired items.  I have several sites I sell on, but primarily you can find me on Etsy and eBay.

I have been selling vintage since 2013, and it has evolved mightily since my tiny first steps on Instagram.

On this site, you can find links to all of my shops and social media sites, and maybe occasionally get a behind-the-scenes glimpse into what it takes to be a reseller (it’s incredibly glamorous, I assure you).
